the staff were lovely. they provided umbrellas when it rained heavily, it. the rooms were very neat, clean towels arrived each day.

tatami matssleeping beds
the hotel is near shijo station. yasaka shrine and kiyumezu dera are close. the staff was always wishing me arigato gosaimas as i walked by. i enjoyed the room with tatami mats and sleeping beds on the floor. i had the best sleep i've ever had on those beds.

The staff provided opinions and were always ready to assist me, which i appreciated. they allowed me to leave my luggage at the lobby after check-out and to pick it up later. This worked great for me.
